I cannot recommend Precision enough! Our new furnace went out on Christmas Eve, and they truly went above and beyond to help us. Despite the holiday, they sent two technicians out immediately who worked tirelessly to ensure our heat was back on so our family could enjoy Christmas. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness during a stressful time were incredible. Precision truly cared about us! Thanks for saving our Christmas!

We hadn’t had professional service on our HVAC in 3-4 years and had been doing maintenance like changing filters ourselves, and they assured me they could handle anything they found. The office explained my options very clearly with transparent pricing. The winter maintenance visit was scheduled for within a week of me calling, and the technician Anthony arrived within the scheduled window. We work from home and have our young kids in the house during the day, but Anthony easily worked around the chaos, not intrusive at all. He found 3 issues and explained the varying degree of severity for each, which was helpful for me to decide what had to be addressed immediately and what could wait. One of the issues required a part that Anthony didn’t have on the truck and he apologized that he’d need to come back to do the repair. The warehouse had the item in stock and Anthony came back to replace the capacitor the NEXT DAY, which I feel like is unheard of in the service industry. All around a great experience and look forward to annual service ongoing.

October dealt with John the ‘service’ manager who failed me miserably; withholding information from the company’s Goodman rep, unavailable to speak and return 4 unanswered voicemails, refusal to carry through with plan discussed; nothing is worse than a ‘service’ manager say they will have their team call to schedule a service the next morning then no one calls. John Refused to send a technician out to test the compressor due to high start up amps rather just wanted to put a $400 ++ bandaid on the unit OR replace the entire system blaming the original installers 5 years ago for poor installation!!! Lack of service, follow up, and willingness of service manager to troubleshoot my unit along with blaming original install for current issue and just wanting to replace the 5 year young Goodman unit (only to benefit himself financially) is the reason this company cannot be trusted.
