  If you are looking for an excellent mold remediation company in the Philadelphia area, please consider INX Air Quality. We had a great experience dealing with Mike and his team at INX. After learning that we had family members who are highly susceptible to any mold, we called Mike to get his professional opinion. After his visual inspection and further testing, it was determined that a full mold remediation would be the best solution. Mike has in depth knowledge of the mold issues affecting highly sensitive people and we were very confident in his ability to resolve our problem. INX's mold remediation techniques were superior - no cutting corners - but done at a fair and reasonable cost. When the job was completed (including a cleaning of all the ductwork, the mold levels were back down to normal and our highly mold sensitive family members noticed a huge improvement. INX provided us with a comprehensive post-remediation report that guaranteed their results for 5 years and is transferable. Highly recommend Mike and INX!

  I emailed INX Indoor Air Quality to arrange a conversation. Mike called me within 24 hours and explained to me the type of mold he suspected and then confirmed through photos sent to him. Mike Cavanaugh is a gem! He spent time on the phone and via texting photos to assess my situation. He provided advice through his expert opinion and alleviated my stress regarding what I thought was dangerously black mold.
