  I wish there were more stars I could give this company! INX is one of the most honest and trustworthy businesses we’ve ever worked with, and on top of that, they do a phenomenal job. It’s always a little scary trying out a company for the first time—you never know how it will go—but we could not be happier with our experience.

  If you have mold-related concerns or issues in your home, I’d highly recommend INX. Mike came to our home to evaluate a few areas that we had questions about. He was very diligent, thorough and professional. After his assessment, he assured us we do not have a mold issue. We really appreciated Mike’s attention to detail, as well as his honesty (he didn’t try to sell us on a service we ultimately didn’t need).

  We have water penetration in the unfinished part of our basement during heavy rains. Recently I noticed growths and bubbling in the paint on the concrete wall. I was concerned about mold and called INX, based on a recommendation. I'm so glad I did. Mike Cavanaugh called me back within a couple hours, and took the time to talk to me about the issue. Rather then waste my time and money, he asked me to send him pictures of what I was seeing. Within a couple minutes he responded and told me that what I'm seeing is not mold, but a buildup of calcium. So greatful for honest companies and people. He saved me time and money. Please call them if you have any concerns.

  Mike and his crew were wonderful. We reviewed three companies to remediate my Mom’s mold in her house. One of the main reasons we selected INX was due to Mike’s honesty. He answered all our questions which were many. He explained to us what was needed and what wasn’t. It was unexpected that someone would turn down additional work because it did not need to be done. Mike and his crew were incredibly patient and kind to me and especially my elderly Mom. She felt safe and comfortable with them in her home while they completed their work. They created a seal and negative air flow while they worked on the basement making it safe for my Mom to stay in her home. I highly recommend INX.

  My family and I met John from INX on our street after our home got flooded by Hurricane Ida. He was very professional and kind when he came to take a look at the the damage to our home, and a couple days later we met Mike who was also very professional, kind, and sympathetic to our situation. We decided to go with them to do a water remediation job. The INX crew came in a timely manner, were clean, professional, and did a great job with the water damage remediation. We were impressed with their work so much that we contracted them again to continue the flood restoration and put on new dry wall and insulation. Again, the crew did a solid job. We like how it all turned out. Huge shout-out to Mike for helping us along this entire process. He was very prompt in his email/text responses to us whenever we had questions or requests. He always took the time to meet and explain every single detail about what was being done in our home, and he was patient and kind enough to work out details with our flood insurance as well. Overall, the quality of the work and customer service was top notch. Our family is very grateful to Mike, John, and INX. We highly recommend working with them.
