They were nice but not my style. I went to Lowe’s, loved a special order tile which would take 7 days. I sent Jonathan a pic of it. Later that day he sent me more pics and I’m glad to say, he hit it out the ballpark !!! I loved this one tile, it was perfect. He transferred the order closer to me at the Avalon Philly store. It was ready for pickup in just 2 days !! He saved me time and money. If you need tile/flooring Jonathan Rowley is your “go to guy” because he is efficient, very knowledgeable and a super nice young man. Thanks again Jonathan, you are Him as my grandkids say. 🔥🔥❤️❤️💯💯

Our "guidance counselor", aka Eileen Levitan sales consultant, listened as my wife outlined our goals and the plan that would attain them. No pressure, just a calm - and relatively quick - list of what we liked, and what we didn't. In the end, we had exactly what we wanted. Then a surprise. Eileen had contacted our contractor who added his discount to our botom line. I kidded Eileen about her ability to read peoples' minds as soon as they walked in the door...her strategy, just listen! Yes, we carry a wide range of installation materials, including grout and mortar. We are a full stocking dealer of your most common grout and mortar brands, including TEC, Schluter, Wedi and more.

Appointments are not required in our showrooms and we do accept walk-ins. However, we do recommend making an appointment to speak with one of our store associates if you plan to arrive during peak visiting hours. Call your local showroom for an appointment.

Many of our products do have samples that can be brought home. Depending on the product, you may be able to take those samples home the same day, or we may have to ship them to your home. For example, for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl we offer $5 samples that can be shipped directly to your home, while carpet samples are often available in store for customers to take home.
