  BEWARE! If your AC system was installed by this company and the weather was below 55 degrees, it was never turned on or tested. This was revealed in court after a successful lawsuit against the home builder for negligent installation. When the judge asked them why they don’t go back during warm weather to turn it on and test it they had no response. 2 of our neighbors also had issues with their installation. If they installed the system for your new build, have it inspected by a competent HVAC company and if evidence of improper installation is found, send the bill to your builder as they are legally responsible for the work of their subcontractors. It seems that their business model is to install a new build system without testing, and then profiting when the inevitable service call comes. They are also very rude and unprofessional, and refused to even come out to inspect the system after failure.
