We were referred to R & S by another contractor who worked on a home repair and we had an excellent experience start to finish. We had exposed some un-refinished hardwood floors under very old carpet, and they gave us a very reasonable estimate to refinish them (we did the prep but they can also do that for you). This is a mom and pop “shop,” and they take a LOT of pride in their work. Scott, one of their guys, did our floors and he’s a very hardworking and professional young man who TRANSFORMED our living space. We think of him every time we admire our renewed floors! We are very pleased and have already recommended to others. Thank you R & S! Attaching a couple pics of finished spaces and the one pic is right after final sanding and before poly (the one showing matte finish).

We took various samples home and she even ordered samples for us! Mike even stained samples for us. The service was impeccable!! We finally made a decision and the job was done!!
