  Chris and Paul are skilled at that they do. They give accurate estimates of costs, they are easy to communicate with, and complete work in a timely fashion. They are excellent painters who pay attention to details and know how to cut in. They clearly care about their work and craftsmanship! We have hired them multiple times for work on our new and old house. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for this who live in historic homes and need someone who knows how to take care of old materials and styles.

  We have used Sweet Success Contractors in the past. We were extremely satisfied then, and continue to be extremely satisfied. They were on time, pleasant to work with, and very neat. Paul had suggestions that enabled us to make the best choices of materials. We would hire them again.

  These guys were phenomenal. Steve was very collaborative and educational regarding the assesment of the damage (insurance claim relating to a huge leak). His workers were fast, and he ended up coming in under budget of the adjuster, when the adjuster was arguing about how much needed to be done; she claimed less than what he mentioned. He fixed everything needed, and still came out less than hwr quite to repair less. Moreover, the quality of construction was an improvement to our property, which was already a fairly newer renovation. His workers were respectful and fast as well. Only issue in the whole process was they had a miscommunication about payment and he was stern with me initially until the misunderstanding was cleared. Still rating 5 stars across the board, because I would want to know where my money was as well if I were a business owner. Just keep an open line of communication with the owner directly about such matters and you won't have an issue. I would strongly reccomend these guys for any repair you need. Including insurance calls - he will advocate for you and what needs done, besides actually doing a great job. He also understands older construction and how to properly work with it.

  This is the third time we have used Chris to repair damage caused by ice dams. He is very responsive, honest and does a great job! Highly recommended!
