- JEJacob EdenDec 28, 20174.0Fast, professional service at a price. I called at 7:30 a.m. on the coldest day of the year and someone was at my place by noon to fix the heat. As I was told when I called, the service fee was going to $79.50 just to show up and do simple diagnostic. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote to replace the condensate pump ($372.70) and blow out the condensate line ($156.16). He had all the materials he needed on his truck. I later looked up the price of the pump he installed and it was around $80. So in less than an hour and half and with an $80 part, the problem was fixed but at a cost of $608.36. Giving four stars because that seems high to me. But again the service and speed was great.
