  Called CRS to move some galvanized drain pipe which was blocking the installation of a new dishwasher. They were able to schedule an estimate the next day. They arrived promptly and were very personable and professional. The estimate was reasonable and I was able to schedule the work for two days later. They sent 2 techs to do the work. Nice job done and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I would recommend to others.

  We are somewhat disappointed. We're moving to Masontown PA from out of state. We contacted Chipps check out the heating system and they said they did and it was good,we needed the invoice to satisfy our appraisal. They said they went over and checked the system and it was good. We never received an invoice or proof that the inspection was done. We also wanted a quote to repair bathroom faucets and we never received that either. It's hard enough buying a house from 500 miles away,we saw Chipps had great reviews but are really disappointed.

  They came in promptly, professional and detailed. They kept us updated on what they found and the measures needed to fix it. They didn't try to gouge us and did what they came to do.

  Chipp and his team are amazing, professional LIFE savers!!! Woke up to a chilly 55 degrees on a SATURDAY morning! Called Chipp, him and his team arrived quickly, resolved the problem and before you know it we were cozy again!!! Chipp and his team are our go too going forward. Coming on Saturday and not gouging us is truly amazing!

  CJ from Chipps was very nice & professional and explained everything he was going to do, and did, to diagnose the reason my basement is full of waste water. I would rate 5 stars but CJ did say that, because he was unable to get the camera down my pipe he wasn't going to charge me for that, but it appears I was charged for that. Most likely was not his decision. I understand that. But it would be nice if that had been communicated differently. I'm currently waiting to hear from the PA DEP if they or the Township intend to do anything that defrays the cost of the main repairs for me since my problem is caused by municipal waste.
