- JLJosh LeminMay 21, 20241.0Don’t expect any real help here. I recommend saving yourself the hassle and skipping this business. I spoke with both a tech and secretary who took my information, only to never receive a call back. In addition, they wouldn’t even answer calls from my number. If they didn’t want to do the job, they couldve had the balls to just say so. Perhaps a repair service call is not lucrative enough for this outfit. My money is green too I promise.

They are Available for emergency service over weekends and any day. I only had one problem with one service man and I reported to them not to ever send him again. Needless to say ,he no longer works there. Their overall work is excellent and as for pricing , I used another company that I paid 2500.00 a year for furnace serving and that was a new furnace. They have a running rate with us for around 25 years.
