I knew the problem was in the agastat relay and it was a $250 part. They confirmed my suspicions but instead of charging us to replace the entire agastat, they troubleshot it down to the component level and re-soldered some bad connections. No one would have blamed them for replacing the entire component but they went the extra mile and save my mother in law $$. Thanks fella’s for being honest and technically savvy. Great job!!

They are Available for emergency service over weekends and any day. I only had one problem with one service man and I reported to them not to ever send him again. Needless to say ,he no longer works there. Their overall work is excellent and as for pricing , I used another company that I paid 2500.00 a year for furnace serving and that was a new furnace. They have a running rate with us for around 25 years.
