  After experiencing a once in a generation hailstorm near the Mason Dixon in NE Maryland, including ours, our roof was damaged by golf ball sized hail. As an insurance issue, Disaster Solutions turned out to be the best experience possible with roof inspection, replacement, confirming the insurance company honors their policy obligations, quality of work and follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We looked at previous roof replacements they installed in our vicinity prior to our decision and were impressed. We now have a great looking roof with a 50 year warranty. Disaster Solutions is a BBB accredited company with an A+ rating. I highly recommend if you need a new roof whether it's due to storm damage or standard replacement when it's time because of roof age. They also work on siding, mold/mildew remediation , windows, gutters. Jake in the field and Brian in administration followed through in every aspect and made us comfortable we made the right decision. Our neighbors across from us also suffered hail damage and their high end roof was replaced by Disaster Solutions in one day as well.

  I had a great experience with Disaster Solutions from start to finish. After a recent storm, they came out and thoroughly inspected my roof, explaining the damage in a way that was easy to understand. They walked me through the entire insurance claim process and made what could have been stressful feel simple and manageable. Their team was incredibly informative and helped catch issues that could have led to serious leaks and water damage down the line. I really appreciated how professional and responsive they were throughout the whole process. My new roof looks amazing, and I’m so grateful for the quality of their work and how easy they made everything for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roofing help!

  I cannot thank Colin and the team at Disaster Solutions enough for guiding me through the process of replacing my roof and gutters on both my home and garage . Dealing with insurance can be daunting, but Colin was there every step of the way. I must have called him with every question imaginable because the deal honestly felt too good to be true. The quality of the work is fantastic. The Disaster Solutions contractors were professional efficient, and finish the job quickly. I have never had such a seamless experience with home repairs before.
