- JHJoseph HarrisDec 1, 20255.0H&R Waterproofing did an amazing job at our house. We had a leaky basement which would pool a small amount of water whenever we had heavy rains and two walls with cracks and bowing/settling which needed reinforced. Both Charles and Eric were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered all of my many questions. They installed 136’ of an interior French drain system with two sump pumps with battery backup and 12 carbon fiber wall straps. After doing some extensive research on best practices I can say they did an amazing install job and their crew was very courteous and respectful. Everything was clean and as dust free as you can be when drilling and breaking through concrete. This work was completed just last week so I haven’t had a chance to see everything in action yet but I have great confidence in this systems ability to keep our space dry and structurally sound. My wife and I met with 8 contractors all with 4.5+ reviews in the area, both big and small companies, and I was very pleased with the choice to go with H&R waterproofing and would recommend them!

He is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions NO pressure, NO bogus discounts. The job was very REASONABLY priced. Charles and crew showed up on time the day of the appointment, did the job efficiently, quietly, and left my basement as clean (or cleaner) than they found it. With the exception of the jackhammer, I barely noticed they were in my basement. It started raining that night, and rained for 24+ hours. My basement remained completely dry for the first time in years. I couldn't be happier.
