  Josiah supported me thru a problem I was having with my water softener valve clog. I was able to fix the minor issue myself, I appreciate this company's ability to text the customer. I'm new to the area, so I often don't have anyone to rely on for these kind of things and this company went beyond what they needed to for me. When I have a real problem, I will call them. Thank you!

  Hartzell's total win-5 stars no question. They rolled in right on time. Set up my system quick, like 5 hours tops and left the place spotless. Water now taste insane! Like Im actually excited to drink it. No more metallic taste or film on my kettle. Coffees popping, showers feel nicer and my skin is happier. If your sick of hard water headaches call Hartzell's. They deliver literally and figuratively.

  We can’t say enough about the exceptional service Hartzell’s provided. We rented from Culligan for 20 years. We lost water on a Friday night, and Culligan wouldn’t come out until Monday. Monday morning Culligan called and said they couldn’t come out until Wednesday. To leave a family without water for three days is NOT the kind of service one expects after 20 years of loyalty. We called Hartzell’s Monday morning (before Culligan rescheduled to Wednesday), and we had a new system installed within hours. Our loyalty lies with Hartzell’s now, and we highly recommend them! Travis and Josiah are professional, courteous and their work is exceptional. We look forward to the next 20 years with Hartzell’s!
