  We use Homeserve and this is the company they sent to us. The repairman who showed up were very nice and explained things to us as to what they are going to do. I am glad they came on Christmas Eve due to a sewer smell in my home. The smell was making me sick and happy to have it fixed.

  I am a Home Serve Customer with my gas company UGI. I pay for heat repair and others. Holiday is one of their contractors. Have a new boiler still under warranty that installer will not service. I am not happy with the way its heating my house. 35 year old boiler worked better. Tech showed up and basically was not there to try and help me figure out what to do. I had to pull out of him every bit of information. He then basically said that Home Serve would not pay $$ for anything he could do to troubleshoot the unit , so it was pointless for him to do anything. I froze last winter and am afraid to freeze again this winter, so I bought another home with an oil furnace and 3 mini splits. I am trying to keep both homes going and it is difficult enough to keep one going. He said gas units don't need cleaning but he'd do it for $200. I saw the oil furnace get cleaned out for 3.5 hrs and the bill was $250. This makes no sense to me. Holiday wasted my time bc they are only about making $ not helping people which in my opinion is not the kind of place that I want to call 🤙 when I need help with heating my home. What is wrong with this place and the people who treat others in this manner? Go elsewhere and keep trying new places until you find some people who are human and humane. Not 🚫 HOLIDAY. Nope keep looking..

  They are professional, quick response and took care of our issue out in the backyard with our sewer line. They treated my mom very nicely and were polite. Communicated well with her and she couldn’t stop talking about how nice the man she was in contact with and all of the workers who came to the property. Got it done in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for being so nice and reliable, it’s a rare find now a days.

  Asked them to fix two toilet leaks, but in the process they broke BOTH toilet seats. Called back later to asked them to make it right but they lied and said they weren't responsible. Very scummy, very unprofessional.
