Our background in Commercial Sitework is well known in Northeastern PA Entrepreneurs Elmer and Freda Possinger were life-long residents of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. In 1960, they had a vision of building a successful, reputable excavating business that would service our community. E.F. Possinger & Sons, Inc. began with a small lot, a few trucks, minimal equipment and a trusted team alongside father Elmer and sons, Roy and Nyles. Today Elmer and Freda's son Nyles, along with his two sons, Ryan and Kyle are continuing the legacy of the excavating business and have added considerably to the services provided, as well as to its original fleet of trucks and equipment.
