  Christian did a great job fixing my plumbing issues. I had a leak in one sink and he tightened up the faucets in my kitchen. The service was fast and Christian was very friendly!

  Joe, the technician, spent a lot of time to figure out the least-cost solution. He was polite, communicated well, and, most importantly, fixed the issue with the HVAC system.

  Christian repaired kitchen sink pipe, replaced toilet parts, purchased and put on new toilet handle, and replaced bathroom sink faucet cartridge. He was very professional, quick to determine the problems and make repairs. He was friendly and nice to work with!

  Killian was absolutely incredible!! Not only did he arrive within 20 minutes of my weekend emergency call, but he also took the time to walk me through every step of the repair process and informed me upfront about their emergency pricing so there were no surprises. He throughly explained the best course of action, and shared preventative measures to help avoid this issue in the future. Even after leaving my home, Killian continued to follow up with me for hours after it was determined that State College Borough’s emergency services team needed to take over. That level of care and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend PCBI to anyone dealing with plumbing issues, and I will definitely be requesting Killian again for any future home needs!!

  When I switched my HVAC to AC, the AC was not working. PBCI Allen was able to squeeze me in for same-day service, fixed the problem with the outdoor unit, which might have been due to recent power outages in the neighborhood causing the outdoor unit to stop communicating with the indoor unit.
