Two Day Installation with Generac Technicians Chris , Ethan , Zack and Tyler worked like a Well Oiled Machine. Even the Owner Jerod Brougher showed up at end of job to ensure customer satisfaction. Answered all my questions and wanted to make sure I understood the workings of the generator and surge protector. They kept everything clean both inside and outside the house. Very professional and their business mannerism and conduct made you feel comfortable that the work they were doing was done well. Dealing with gas and electric is complicated and can be dangerous. Any worry or concern someone would have working on gas and electric is eliminated when you see these guys work. They work well together and you see that safety is their number one concern. Very happy I chose Backup Power.
