My salesman Scott required multiple visits to get my measurements and order right, and after 3 months waiting, WW failed to ship my an entire window. After almost 2 weeks, no word from anyone at WW. My installation team Rick and Tara were absolutely fantastic! Very experienced, personable, and helpful answering my questions, walking me through an inspection of their work, and navigating a problem with product delivery. I highly recommend them! However, after waiting 3 months for my order, WW completely missed one of my windows. Rick and Tara were pro-active identifying and tracing the issue back to a shipment of my window to a different state. They showed me their problem report to WW, and had me stand by as they also called-in the issue. I also texted my salesman, Scott. Scott texted back "I'll do what I can", but never heard anything back from him. This should have been as simple as reshipping my window to me, but after almost 2 weeks, no word from anyone at WW. Not the office, not sales, not shipping. I want my install team, Rick and Tara to come back and complete my job because they are great! But my sales and customer support experience has been awful.

They were all courteous and respectful especially to my wife who works from home and takes a good many phone calls. They made every attempt to keep noise to a minimum when they were working around her area. When they were finished and everything was cleaned up Miguel and I went on a walk through and he explained the work that was done. As of this date i am satisfied with Window World and the installation of my windows.

The installer, Denny Charlton was on time both days and very courteous. He and is helper had all 14 old windows removed and the new ones installed and all inside work done the first day. They completed all the outside work on day 2 including installing new shutters! Fantastic, couldn't be happier!

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
