  Its been (13) working days since I called them to repair a kitchen sink, still haven't heard from them. Keep saying that they are busy and that they will get to me. Never give me a definite answer if they are coming at all. Terrible customer service.

  worst company I have ever dealt with in county, they inexperienced kids out to your home with a telephone. stands around for 8 hours till a real tech comes who fixes the issue in 30 mins. Then I get a full day rate bill for inexperienced boy who jsut sat there. They only do enough to get out of your house asap.

  WE OWN RENTAL PROPERTY IN MYERSDALE PA. AND USED MENCER'S MULTIPLE TIMES, EVERY SPRING WE HAVE THEM SERVICE FURNACE AND A/C UNIT. SET UP SPRING SERVICE 3 WEEKS AGO AND NO ONE SHOWED UP TO PERFORM SERVICE AND NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO US THAT THEY WERE NOT SHOWING UP. WE HAVE RENTERS IN THE HOUSE AND HAVE TO COORDINATE TIMES AND DAYS SO HOUSE IS ACCESSIBLE. CONTACTACTED MENCER'S TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND WAS TOLD BY JOAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES THAT THEY WERE JUST TOO BUSY................................WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYT TO ANYONE DUE TO BEING VERY UNRELIABLE AFTER SETTING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS AND " NO SHOWS " ON THERE PART.

  Tuned up the boiler annually tp make sure it worked through winter.
