- BBBJan 24, 20231.0I have contacted Hemminger Homes on 3 different occasions and I must say, my experience was less than poor. The sales agent, Brenda, was happy to speak with me during my initial call, take my information, wants and needs, but never called back. I emailed Brenda as a follow up with again, no response. I contacted Hemminger Homes for a third time and was advised by Brenda that she’d passed my business onto an another company (without notifying me) and suggested that they should’ve been in touch. After pointing out that no one had contacted me period, Brenda promised that she’d get to the bottom of it and provide a resolution. I still have yet to hear back! Not only was my business clearly unwanted, but the lack of professionalism is uncanny. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a home.

- DKD4rk KnightJul 13, 20201.0Horrific workmanship. I am a quality control inspector in a fabrication shop and was a home inspector, the things I found wrong in my mother's NEW home were numerous and unacceptable. The latest find is that the gutters are not pitched even the slightest. Unbelievable.
