Bailey was clean, very professional, punctual and he explained everything on what was going on in full detail. He serviced our heating boiler system two months prior and he provided the same excellent service then! That’s what brought us back to Freedom Plumbing for our supply line issue today! Freedom Plumbing will continue to be our go-to service for years to come. Be sure to give Bailey a raise! The guy is worth every penny!! Thank you!

- RSRichard ShafferOct 3, 20252.0The people were friendly enough. The plumber was much later than scheduled, but their office did call to let me know he was running late. My problem is that I don't think they were very up front on their pricing. They told me on the phone that there was a $79 fee for them to come out, and that the plumber would discuss with me the costs from there. The guy did diagnose the problem by taking 6 screws off of our septic tank access lid and determining that the tank was full. He charged $199 for a "diagnostic fee" for that service, and it was not discussed beforehand. Total cost was $278. I feel dumb for not removing the septic tank access cover myself and checking that, but I also feel kind of taken advantage of by this diagnostic fee and the fact that they didn't mention it up front. I can only imagine what the cost would be if they had actually done plumbing work.
