- DADavid AlbertJan 24, 20265.0I can’t give more than 5 stars, so I’m going to make a fake account and give them 5 more. I was out of town and got notice at 5 am that the furnace quit. Being -4° F, that seemed like something I should address. Called the cable company and that was a nightmare. After several pointless calls to the cable company, and other places not picking up the phone, a wonderful young lady answered my call and said that they could get me someone in a few hours. She guessed at a three hour time range, and he was here right in the that window. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and figured out the issue. Turns out to be an issue with our gas meter. He told me exactly what to tell the gas company and within 45 minutes we had a new meter and we have heat. I’ll be calling them to check out the furnace for a check up this year and I will hopefully never have to call them on a freezing cold Saturday before a storm again.
