  I was looking for a dealer for my LOPI woodstove insert since my previous dealer retired, it was my lucky day when I found Shippensburg Stone & Supply, they were so friendly, helpful, and professional, and knew exactly what I was talking about and needed, they had to order my fans from the dealer, which was no problem should be here in a week, after about 2 weeks they called to apologize that the parts had not come in and were following up as to why not, long story short fans did not arrive for about 8 weeks no fault of Shippensburg Stone, BUT they were on top of things the whole time, when the fans came in they called me and set up an appointment to install the fans, I had the great pleasure to meet the owner of the company as he was who came to install the fans, very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly man who apologized over and over about the delay, once fans were installed, I asked what I owed him, said not to worry he would have the office send the invoice, later that afternoon very nice girl called me and said there would be no service call charge per the owner, thanked me for my patience thru the whole ordeal ( again no fault of theirs ) and thanked me for my business, It is hard to find a business like this anymore dedicated to the consumer and service orientated and wanting to do the best and right things. This is a business you can trust and rely on and be assured you will be taken care of with courtesy and friendly knowledgeable service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any of the services they offer, they are awesome people

  My wife and I worked with Shippensburg Stone and Supply for our DIY patio build. We had a look in mind, wanting a double sided wall block that could function as a retaining wall and free standing wall, while also having a natural stone appearance. Josh worked diligently to get us multiple samples of different products and in different colors. We decided to go with Nicolock Belvedere wall block and piers in York Brown, Nicolock Stone Ridge in Chesapeake for the body of the pavers, Nicolock Ridge Brick in Raven for the dark accent border, and Nicolock Stone Face caps also in Raven. There was a manufacturer issue we ran into with one of our pier caps and Josh replaced it 3 times until it was right. Couldn't recommend Josh and Shippensburg Stone enough, won't go anywhere else for my future needs!!!

  Shippensburg stone not only has the most helpful staff who is very friendly and kind on the phone and in person, but they provide the best customer service, best cost on stone, mulch and landscaping blocks. I was up last Saturday and it was the best experience I have had with a company that provides landscaping items and all the stone needs. This wasn’t the first time we had stones delivered which was a reasonable delivery fee for a shed and now we will be using them to get all our stone and mulch needs. The drivers also provide great customer service so I am recommending them to everyone I talk to. Thanks for all your service.
