We had two other companies come to speak with us but neither of them spoke in terms we could understand easily. Todd was so knowledgeable and treated us with kindness. He was so helpful in explaining our problems and the best solution. Such a great experience. His crew came and explained to us what they were doing each step of the way. They did a great job and did a fantastic job cleaning up when they finished. They explained everything and put me at ease. Honestly I was so nervous about the project and the mold growth we had. I am so thankful I chose them. I am so thankful Todd was our technician. He really saved us with his kindness, knowledge, and easy going personality. Thank you Todd!

He showed me videos of power braces and explained how they would correct my foundation issues. I appreciated the time he took to explain the process and answer all questions that I had. He came during the install to help me understand what they were doing along the way and told me what to expect. Mr. Held’s knowledge and compassion has been much appreciated during this project.
- KRkim reedDec 29, 20255.0I would like to thank Liberty basement systems and inspector Todd for a job well done. Inspector Todd came in and crawled all the way to the back of our crawl space and found where the real problem was. We had several other estimates and they were not going to even address where the water was running in so it would have never fixed the issue. He crawled back and even took a video of the leak . This saved us a ton of money and addressed the correct issue. They were super quick it only took them a few days and the space is now dry and safe again. They also did a great job cleaning up daily so our dogs did not get into the mess and secured the area. The place was clean when they left and they soil all the garbage and old material with them. Overall great job from start to finish working with inspector Todd and Liberty Basement Systems. Thanks so much!
