  Liberty Basement Systems SAVED our house! Having our property for 3 years, I noticed our flooring was getting weaker and weaker throughout the house. Called LBS and they sent someone out right away to assess what was going on. Our crawlspace/foundation was a total nightmare after being exposed to severe moisture damage that occurred prior to us buying the house. From the first phone call with Lee, to Scott and his crew coming and explaining everything that was going on and what needed to be done, I knew we were in excellent hands! They were kind, compassionate, and straightforward! Their hardworking crew showed up on November 3rd, 2025 and finished by November 7th, 2025. Colby, the foreman and his team were amazing! If any issues arose, they were upfront with us about it, so we could address it promptly so they could continue finishing their work. Our crawlspace was encapsulated and our foundation was completely reinforced with their metal jack system/beams. Instantly I could feel a difference, and felt so much safer being inside our home. I am so thankful for the guys at LBS!

  My husband and I cannot thank the team at liberty basement systems enough for saving our basement!! From the initial inspection with Robert, to the demo and installation with Rockey’s team, to the oversight and coordination from Denny and Tom, it has been an absolutely painless process. The crew did a fantastic job, our floors are supported and secure for the first time since moving in, and our unleveled dirt basement floor is now a gorgeous level concrete pad. I also cannot speak highly enough about the company’s friendliness and ability to get on your level and speak to you like you are family, as well as the transparent communication throughout the entire project. As a big time worrier, I appreciated this the most. When the crew ran into an unforeseen problem that they couldn’t have known about until the floor was dug up, we assumed the project would be held up for a week or two waiting on a plumber so that the crew could move forward with pouring the concrete. To our surprise (and relief), Tom was able to get us a plumber same day, and the issue was remedied by the end of the workday. With that being said, we also really appreciated the team’s efforts to stay on schedule. When hiring a company to fix the integral parts of your home, you worry they won’t treat the project with the same level of concern and care that you would. With liberty basement, it could not be more the opposite, and we would more than gladly recommend them to anyone!!

  The work that was done by the Liberty Basement system installation crew was by far some of the best work I've had done. First of all, the crew was always on time despite coming from a long distance. They were all EXTREMELY polite and professional, EXTREMELY neat, took great care in bringing materials into our home as well as all the debris that came out of the crawlspace. Our home was left exactly as it was found when they got here with the exception of a nice, neat, conditioned and clean crawl space! Rocky and his crew were the BEST!! The communication with all the Liberty Basement team (Kyle Artley our sales person and Rocky and his crew) was above and beyond! Any questions or concerns were addressed and things about the system were explained. We are extremely pleased with the result! We would highly recommend them!

  If you're elderly and/or disabled and are cautious about hiring a contractor, you can be assured that Liberty is a very professional and competent company that prides itself in their work as well as their products. They went above and beyond in helping me out with my needs. They were fast and thorough. Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Scott made us feel confident and comfortable about the work to be done right off the bat and the crew that came out were hard working, efficient, and made sure that we knew what was going on at all points. I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty.
