  Kinkaid HVAC was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We needed our water heater replaced quickly, and they got us taken care of fast. Melissa was incredibly kind and patient—especially when I was completely stressed out—and she reassured us they would be there the very next morning. Chris and his assistant arrived promptly and provided outstanding service. Chris noticed the old water heater had not been set up properly. They corrected everything, fixed old/pending issues, and ensured it was installed correctly. They were extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which we truly appreciated. Then, a week later, our heater started acting up again—and once again, Melissa immediately got us scheduled for the following morning. They also replaced our thermostat and made sure everything was working perfectly. Jeff and I can’t thank them enough!!! Best HVAC company—hands down. Thank you, Chris and Melissa! Highly recommend!!! You won’t regret it!

  Recently purchased a home and had interior drywall work done. Those contractors recommended Kinkaid for HVAC work. I set up a HVAC cleaning and service to ensure safety of the unit going into winter. very nice tech and appointment went well. I Decided I also wanted to install a new thermostat with sensors so I could balance the heat a bit more. Another tech came out to install the thermostat. Was not friendly like the first tech, didn’t seem he knew how the thermostat even worked (that they recommended) and told me “to YouTube” things and I could figure it out. Not only that, they decided to take with them my perfectly fine Honeywell thermostat, that was replaced, without asking and then claimed “they aren’t sure what happened to it”. When I scheduled the job I spoke to another tech who quoted it around $200, of course hard to accurately estimate over phone, but less than an hours work and the bill was $375. Unfortunately won’t be using this company again.

  Kinkaid installed 5 mini splits at my home. I wish this review gave me the option to give them 10 stars! They are excellent! Chris (and his team, Pablo and Pete) are extremely efficient, hardworking and thorough. Chris’ extensive experience and knowledge are obvious as he proceeded through every installment. Their preparation is impressive and their cleanup is remarkable. Every part of my experience with Chris exceeded my expectations. I will always recommend Kinkaid with great pleasure.

  Chris at Kinkaid is amazing. He's the most attentive, thorough, thoughtful, and all-around friendliest service provider we have ever worked with. He's the only person I'll call for HVAC issues. And when he's in our home, I know I can ask Chris any question about my home and maintenance and he will take the time to explain what he knows and recommend someone he trusts to do the job -- if he can't. Kinkaid all day!
