  Great prompt service. Garage door was off the rails. Fixed quickly with other deteriorating parts replaced before they became an issue. Highly recommend.

  My front garage door was in rough shape. The top panel actually fell off. My back garage door wasn't working properly either. IDD responded quickly to my email to set up an appointment. The estimate was prepared fast. The only delay in the process was my own fault for not clearing enough space for them to work. Even though we caused a delay, they still came back to complete the work in a timely fashion and were super polite about letting me know that I needed to provide a proper workspace. Excellent communication and customer service. Both garage doors work great!
