As a matter of fact everyone within the company I spoke with was very professional. The price ($1000.00 plus) was a bit high considering it took less than 30 minutes from start to finish to swap out the unit (4 screws and 2 electrical connections) which only cost $150.00 to $250.00, and yes I looked up the price. But with my senior citizen and military discount they lessened the shock and sting a little. Note; maybe deduct the cost of the first inspection/ service call from cost of actual installation if the customer has you do the repair/ install.
