    I was looking for a new HVAC maintenance company and a friend highly recommended Comfort Pro. Went to the company location on 1/6/2026 and talked to the two young ladies in the front office, which were both very professional and picked up a contract.. I returned on 1/7/2026 again with a great greeting, had some questions which were all answered and they had a technician come to the house on 1/8/2026 to perform a heater maintenance . The technician that performed the work was Devon Hunsberger. Devon seems like a very young HVAC professional technician, Devon communicated what he was performing, he was very neat and with this being the first encounter I had with Comfort Pro, I am quite impressed and completely satisfied. If the service response and quality of the work performed is like this, I think that one can not go wrong Thank you for the great experience and satisfaction of service completed and the great front office for making you feel welcomed to the company.

    Jeff & Jon arrived on time and explained all our options. The day of the furnace install Jake & Jon showed up and went right to work, got the old one removed and the new one installed, they even removed a old water softener. They were very informative on how the new system worked. Jake and Jon did a great job!!

    Part was no longer available to repair 22 year old furnace and Rob arrived next day (a Thursday) to explain options. Furnace was installed the following Monday. Furnace was working during this time, but given the low temps at the time it was wonderful to have problem taken care of so quickly, as furnace could have quit working at any moment.

    Iat first gave 1 star based on the following issue. (We have appt for service between 4p and 7p. I was told the tech will be here between 4p and 7p when I confirmed my appt this morning with Cindy in the office . At 6:22p no tech no call or message. So when I call I get the after hours desk that can't answer my question on where the tech is and tells me I will get a call back with an update. At 7p no call back so I call back and get the same run around. This is how they treat customers that pay for one of their protection maintenance plans.) This morning I am changing it to 5 starts due to Cindy and the management team. Once they were aware of what happened they addressed it and were very proactive. Thank you Cindy and Jake.
