  Fernando troubleshot our HVAC air conditioner and heater and found the problem very quickly. He explained the issue and fixed it the same day. Highly recommend!

  Terry was professional and thorough. I assisted as required and saw most things he checked. Checked and replaced humidifier filter. Shut water off to it. Turned off for season. Checked and recommended when HVAC filter needs replacing. Explained that we will need a new bulb for the air purifier in September. He listed and explained all that he checked including checking the drain so we don’t have to worry about drainage issues. So far, all techs from your company have been awesome. All under service contracts. It’s a relief to know something I don’t have to worry about. 😀
