  This company does not stand by the work they perform so therefore, I cannot recommend buying product from Mt. Lebanon Awning. I'm not sure if it is the company as a whole or just the customer service rep CAROLYN that handles service calls. She is just AWFUL. Just an overall nasty person and not professional. Don't recommend.

  Had an awning ordered and installed by them last summer. Had an issue with it that they fixed quickly and professionally. I really appreciate them taking care of their customers and making things right. It shows they care and take pride in doing the right thing. They make beautiful awnings, and have exceptional customer service. I would recommend these guys for all of your awning needs.

  I've always found them to be extremely responsive. Last week a wind storm blew my awning fabric off the head rod... I sent a late night email, and a crew was out to fix it the very next morning! All of my experiences have been nothing but positive. Highly recommend.

  I called to get some estimates and a time-frame to have an awning taken down. The boy I talked to was extremely rude and acted like it was the worst experience to answer my concerns. At the end of the call he hung up on me. I would have appreciated a kind and understanding representative answering the phones.
