  Jim was professional, friendly and thorough. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable, tried everything he could to fix our plumbing problem and was effective in communicating next steps. We look forward to working with Donnelly’s Plumbing in the near future.

  Was referred to Donnelly from a family member who is more particular than I am . James communicated with me the day of the scheduled appointment and showed up on time. Throughout the process to replace my hot water heater, James took the time to educate me and provided me with several options in doing so I was able to make a decision and James was able to quickly procure the tank and complete the installation very quickly, and professionally.

  Daniel was amazing. He was very professional and explained what needed to be clearly. He was not pushy or acting like he’s a salesman in anyway. He ran out to get parts and quickly returned and finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. He was very kind and courteous! I highly recommend him to do any job.

  UPDATE: January 5, 2026 Thank you Donnelly's for your response. The reason you haven't connected is because you have the deceased owner's contact information in your system. Despite leaving our name and phone numbers for the property each time (16x?) we have called. We are moving into the 5th week with NO HEAT in Ambler. There have been NO MESSAGES, NO MISSED CALLS. We have our cell phones on 24/7. You are the worst. Next stop is the BBB and small claims court. UPDATE: January 3, 2026 Currently, 4 weeks with NO HEAT in Ambler, PA. We're 4 weeks behind on schedule. Electrician, drywall contractor and hardwood floor contractor have moved on. Electric heaters allow us to DIY what we can with a 40 degree interior temp. No incoming calls from Donnelly's to rectify the situation and no apology. December 27, 2025 3 weeks into Donnelly's "100% Customer Satisfaction. Guaranteed Service" and we still have NO HEAT in the house. Delay after delay, rude customer service, flawed in-house communication, dispatcher confusion and unavailable parts for a 15-year old (recently serviced) furnace. So far we're into this repair in excess of $1,300 and Donnelly's has been unresponsive to calls made again this week. They run their diagnostics and each part along the series is ordered one at a time, the part delivery is then delayed and when the part is installed, another diagnostic reveals the next part is broken. "100% Customer Satisfaction. Guaranteed." is nice marketing but not reality. BUYER BEWARE.

  I live in the Lansdale area in Montgomery County I contacted Donnelly on December 20th because I had a slow drip on my bathtub faucet. I never used Donnelly before but my assumption because of the great reviews they will send a qualified technician plumber to correct the problem. What I got was Joe he inform me he had to order a part, he took the faucet apart and when he put it back together after about an hour NOW I have a steady dripping. Consumers don't be like me and just go according to the reviews , and the frustration of getting someone to fix the extra problem he created. I contacted 1-800 plumber they came and looked at my faucet and informed me that when it was put back together the screws were incorrect put back in . That is why I had a constant dripping after your plumber left Donnelly Plumbing. I am $300 poorer and my faucet is back where it started from the slow drip.
