  I’m pleased to report that James O’Donnell provided exceptional service in regards to his repairs to Nella Genuardi’s powder room sink. James is a true representative of Customer Service! He was polite, personable, and respectful. Nella appreciated the fact that James took his time to answer her questions and make reasonable recommendations for other possible repairs. It’s refreshing to know that female senior citizens can receive such appreciated treatment. I recommended Donnelly to Nella, and I know she will be recommending your company to her friends also.   Dan Kelley and Josh were very professional in communication of the drain issue with my tub. The offered several levels of repair including air pressure and enzyme cleaning of the very old drain. They were successful in clearing the drain and recommended several enzyme products that will help prevent recurring clogs. I highly recommend Donnelly’s services as they provide up front estimates and are very reasonable with prices Will call them for all future needs

  A representative from Donnelly responded quickly after I submitted an inquiry through their website. When I called back, they promptly scheduled an appointment for Shane to come out the next day to assess our leaking water heater. Shane quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with an estimate right away. Before leaving, he scheduled the installation appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my schedule. He worked with our availability to find a time that was convenient for our family and thoroughly walked us through the setup and replacement once the job was complete. Overall, our experience with Donnelly was seamless from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and respectful of our time, and Shane’s expertise gave us complete confidence in the work being done. Thanks!

  I recently had 2 sink fittings that came off from a basement sink and flooded my basement. I called Donnelly's Plumbing and the customer service was very good and in general the technician who came out for a quick 30 min job to replace 2 - $20 fittings on my sink did a great job as no leaks. My upsetting part of the experience was the price gouging from this company. Although they waved the $99 fee to come out an look at the issue, I was still charged $897.98 for the 30 min job. I only had them come out as I needed it fixed an had to submit to my insurance. I would like to know how one can charge that much to put 2 fittings on. All in all customer service and technician wonderful experience. Price for that job is ridiculous as if insurance did not frown upon the home owner replacing it for maybe $50 I would have done the job myself. I would strongly consider adjusting the price for a simple job like that. Please take this review as food for thought. Thanks an again employee's very pleasant to deal with price not so much.

  Called Donnelly's over the weekend for an unexpected toilet repair! I also requested that if the Tech could provide estimates for a few other proactive Plumbing concerns. Donnellys had a Tech out first thing Monday Morning. Travis Besh arrived and was shown the initial toilet issue and we then inspected my other concerns I wanted estimates on. Gas Hot Water Heater, Sump Pump, leaking outside water Faucet and several old shut off valves, which all were on borrowed time! Travis was very Knowledgeable and explained in detail his recommendations on these issue's. We Prioritized what he could complete today and what could wait until a future call. We then discussed the cost of the four main projects that Travis could complete on this Visit. I will admit, I felt the cost was somewhat higher than expected, but felt these were issues that needed to be resolved sooner than later! I also felt that we had a Tech that was very knowledgeable and we were very comfortable with Travis doing the work! We decided on the Initial Toilet Repair, Replace the Gas Hot Water Heater, Sump Pump Replacement And Replace the Outside Leaking Water Faucet along with its own inside Ball Shutoff Valve! At this time Travis laid out his plan and timeline to us and ran for some needed parts. He Returned very quickly and went to work! I must say, Travis was not only knowledgeable, but a True Craftsman and kept us in the loop throughout the entire project! Travis not only kept to his timeline of completing all of these projects himself, he was very respectful of our home moving the old Hot water heater out and new one in and the numerous trips in and out to his truck and back yard to replace the Outside Faucet, Very Impressive!! Travis Finished within his time line and reviewed with us Everything thing he did. A Very Professional Job on All and Amazing that it was All Completed in one day by One Tech!! Travis is Truly an Asset to Donnelly's Plumbing & HVAC Final Thoughts! Yes, I feel the Pricing was a Little High, But Sometimes you need to pay a little more for Quality, and We Got What We Paid For and Couldn't be More Satisfied!! Thank You Travis and Donnelly's !!!
