When Bill came to inspect the roof, we discussed the possibility of replacing the whole roof versus just the sections damaged by the wind. Bill kindly gave us a quote for both jobs so we could think it over and did not pressure us at all. Our roof was almost 30 years old though and we meant to replace it soon anyways, so we decided to pull the trigger and do the whole replacement. Throughout the whole process, Bill and his team were nothing but kind and professional. He did not beat around the bush when he and his team found some rotted portions of our roof that needed to be replaced. They did an amazing job on our roof, and I will certainly be calling him when we eventually replace the siding in our dormers. We cannot recommend him and the whole Crooked Ladder team enough!
