  We ordered a customized 8'X12' shed. The ordering process was very easy under the direction of Todd Bowser. He did a great job comparing and contrasting the different models. all communications were prompt, professional, and straightforward. The Tuff Shed installation scheduling team were also professional and the gentlemen who constructed/installed it was also professional and punctual. I will use Tuff Shed again and will recommend it to my friends.

  As I have yet to have my shed, I can , however, say that Jenn Talmage from the Pittsburgh Pa factory has been so much help throughout this process. From the first phone conversation to her coming out to the site & helping me realize what would be best for me & needs. I would/ will recommend her in the future. Sincerely Dino A Urich

  Zac and crew worked diligently to install the shed and ensure it was in good order before leaving. There were some issues with his trailer so installation was delayed a day. But once they were started, it was easy sailing. The purchasing process was simple enough. I apparently goofed something up with the base selection, but it was fine. I’m hopeful this will last many years and I won’t need to replace it anytime soon. I would buy it again and recommend it if you need a shed and don’t want to try construction yourself. It’s a great product.

  We were satisfied with the Tuff Shed purchase, delivery, and installation. Jonathan Terrell, in the Pittsburgh area, provided excellent service in assisting with the shed choices and design. I appreciated that he followed up to insure that we were satisfied after the installation. For the installation, Jason and his helper were very friendly, efficient, and professional. We did express some concerns including paint cans that were badly dented and more than half empty. The exterior finish was quite rough with scratches and rub marks. Quite a few exterior nails were not pounded in completely. We will have to pound nails in and a little sanding and the second coat of paint should take care of the rough finish. Jonathan assured me that more paint would be provided if there were issues with opening the damaged cans, or if there was not enough paint to complete the second coat. I requested 2 additional keys, and customer service and Jonathan were helpful and will be mailing them to me. I was disappointed that the $200 ground anchor augers were only a thin metal rope with a 3/4 inch diameter and 3 or 4 inch long bullet head driven a little more than 12 inches into the ground. Not at all what I expected. Seems like we could have purchased something like that at Home Depot and installed ourselves at a much lower price. The shed is very sturdy and, overall, we are happy with the purchase.
