  I purchased a Rheem Hot Water Heater from Stahl P, H & Air a year ago. Was having a problem with it. The hot water would turn warm after about 10 minutes. I called Stahl and spoke with Scott (service manager) who was very professional at his position. A long story short. He called me to tell me that Stahl was going to replace the hot water heater today if possible. The hot water tank was replaced by 2 technicians, Mr. Tyree T. and Mr. Maurice J. These 2 men were outstanding in their profession. Kind, Knowledgeable and very easy to speak with. Stahl is an outstanding company, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service.   Eric was great! He took time and went over the pricing with me. They made sure they got to our house even though they were busy with emergency calls for the upcoming storm.

  Stahl sent someone out to fix a leaking toilet in our basement. A month later, we received a $500 water bill. Typically our water bill is a little over $100. After confirming with the water authority that our water usage was still abnormally high, we did a dye test on our basement toilet, revealing it was still leaking. We called Stahl to have someone come out and fix it. Although we already paid them for the service to fix it from the first time, they stated that they would charge us again to fix the flap, even though they were responsible for not fixing it the first time. The plumber was generally nice, but $600 later, we cannot recommend Stahl to others seeking a reliable or reasonable business.

  Stahl has done a TON of work at my current house as well as my previous house. They’ve always been professional, respectful, and kind. They’ve done major things like replacing our cast iron stack and jackhammering our basement floor, to smaller things like fixing small leaks. We’ve interacted with over 10 people on their staff, including their master plumber. Today, Mike Johnson came out to help us with a water heater issue, and he was transparent and gave us good options. We will be calling again, I’m sure!
