They have plumbing (getting a new water heater was painless) and electric (John just fixed a bad outlet, in and out in 30 minutes the day after I called). They have never let us down, would recommend them to everyone.

- BBBrooks BartlettMar 20, 20265.0If the Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning slogan is "Focus on Customer Satisfaction", I would say they have exceeded their goals - We have been happily warm and cool with our furnace/AC units they installed years ago... but what is most reassuring, is knowing that their expertise is only a phone call and visit away... Ethan just came out for our end of season maintenance on the furnace and was an ABSOLUTE GEM - SO Professional, SO Knowledgeable, and SO Friendly and Thoughtful - took time to explain all the tests he ran AND the results as well as future needs and options. We cannot recommend Phillips as a company, and Ethan, as a prize representative enough! Don't ever leave, Ethan!

- MTMark ThornburgJan 26, 20265.0I'm writing this review the day after the great snow storm of January 2026, which is of course the day our heater died. After trying to get ahold of many different HVAC companies Phillips was able to get out here quickly and repair the busted inducer motor in our furnace. With the upcoming negative temperatures I wanted this issue resolved as swiftly as possible and these guys delivered. Their technician, Ethan, was punctual, polite, and provided excellent service. Thanks to Phillips we were able to have heat less than a day after our furnace conked out for some of the coldest days of the year. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
