  This company charges an exorbitant diagnostic fee and then quotes inflated prices. I knew the issue beforehand and attempted to get a rough estimate over the phone, but they refused to provide any pricing until after collecting a $99 service fee. The subsequent quote was more than double the fair market rate, leaving me with a choice: forfeit the $99 or agree to their overpriced repair. Save your money and find an honest professional.

  Despite being close to an hour away, Eric was willing to come out on a Sat. to view my Heat pump. He provided great insight, His recommendations were spot-on and his pricing was provided in writing on the spot and was very fair to both of us. Post quote follow up was great. Work started quickly , went smoothly and his team was very accommodating to my needs. I asked many questions along the way and was given wise counsel. Indeed, l am a perfectionist and Eric was helpful to NOT spend my money unnecessarily when l insisted on upgrades mid-job which probably saved me $2-3000! His team did a thorough job and l am well pleased with the outcome. Tremendous value and high level of professionalism and expertise.

  As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

  This is a difficult review because is deals with correcting a defective system. I had a tankless water heater installed (Vesta VH 199). Eric the owner (Miller Plumbing) did the installation. He had responded promptly when my water tank failed, and I had previously decided to go tankless. The removal and installation went fine. The installation looked great as did the added ventilation needed. Unfortunately, over the next few weeks the tankless started to give only luke-warm water (105F) but just occasionally. Long story short the system which was installed in July was replaced in December after several return visits by Miller Plumbing (Eric) and several replaced parts and numerous calls with the manufacturer. Eric was patient, actually more patient than I was. It was frustrating, but Eric kept his cool and kept coming back to get it fixed. He promised that he was 'on my side and would get it fixed'. He did. Things happen and problems come up but it's how you handle them. Eric stuck in there and I have a new tankless (same make/model) and all appears to be good. Eric did a great job during a difficult time (too much work and not enough help in a pandemic). Thanks Eric.
