  First off I would like to thank Mr. Mick Harvey for being an honest man and not trying to overcharge me and oversell me on services that I did not need like the other big companies tried to do by overcharging me twice and thrice as much, like I didn’t know no better. Mr. Harvey was in constant communication with me from start to finish. The price was right like they resurrected Bob Barker and he came on down. With financing options available. And a big thanks to the installers that were very professional, courteous, respectful, and fully equipped as they worked tirelessly to install my roof in one day. And the ground crew that kept the area clean during the entire process from beginning to the end as they were all very mindful & careful as they protected my wife’s freshly installed garden that she planted herself and loves (phew). If you get a roof installed from somebody else, you are probably robbing yourself out of a great price and experience. And shame on you for not treating yourself, your wallet and house as good as you should because if you go somewhere else you’re missing out!!! Now I see why they call themselves exceptional for the name truly does fit them!!! I would give them 10 stars, but it only lets you rate up to five!!! Thank you very much!!!

  Exceptional exteriors are EXCEPTIONAL. I absolutely love Roman and his team. Shout out to Mark! The retaining wall is a thing of beauty, a sentence I never thought I would say or write :) Thank you thank you thank you for being consummate professionals and tireless, skilled, and methodical craftsmen and tradespeople. Highly highly highly recommend!

Starting from the patience that Dennis has when he comes to give the free estimate to seeing the project through to the end!! I had my roof replaced and installed and I am confident I chose the best company for the job!!

  I just wanted to take a moment to say how truly exceptional this team has been. Huge thanks to Mr. Dennis, Mr. Rich, and the owner for such a great experience. In my 15 years in the industry, I’ve worked with a lot of exterior maintenance companies — and these guys genuinely stand out. Professional, down-to-earth, and just easy to work with. Mr. Dennis went above and beyond, making sure I had everything I needed and answering every question along the way. That kind of support makes a big difference. I also really appreciated Mr. Rich’s approach. He was very logical and incredibly patient when explaining details to me, which helped a lot when I needed to clearly communicate everything to my homeowners. Having that level of clarity and support makes the entire process smoother for everyone involved. Most importantly, my clients are very happy, which means everything to me.   We have hired Exceptional Exteriors & Renovations on two separate occasions, first to replace our roof shingles and secondly to replace our siding. On both occasions they have been professional, the quality of work speaks to the experience they have in their respective fields. Even though in today’s world, as expensive everything has gotten, their quotes have been the most competitive. We highly recommend them!
