I chose to do some of the items and not others and that didn't seem to be a problem. It took a bit of time to get the window pane glass (I would suggest a periodic email, but when I sent him one he responded quickly) but once it was in I was very happy. He also tuned up several windows that were very difficult to raise and lower.
