He was easy to communicate which and actually did my survey earlier than expected. The two gentleman that came to do the survey were professional and quite talented they even showed me all the details about the work, I would definitely recommend TAit engineering.

It took literally double the estimated amount of time to complete, however, and wasn't done until I had called several times over several weeks after the expected date had passed to check in. Allegheny Land Survey had quoted a cost that was about 15% less than Tait Engineering but had a longer lead time, so I was displeased to pay more to have it take the same amount of time in the end.
