- RFRoseanne F2 days ago5.0I used RestoPros of Pittsburgh to remove water damage from an ice dam/roof leak to my ceiling, walls and baseboards in my guest room. They even took care of all the paperwork with the Insurance Company of my HOA. Jerry, John and Michael handled the mitigation with care, professionalism and expertise. A home is the biggest investment one can make and I’m grateful that the work of RestoPro of Pittsburgh helped me to persevere the structure of my home, and especially my peace of mind. You don’t know how much water damage is hiding behind the walls until you see what is actually there. To have water damage removed safely and cleanly is what they do. I would definitely have them back again, if needed. Thank you Michael, John, and Jerry!

They were the first to fit me in for an estimate and helped handle all of the comms and work with my insurance company on my behalf. The guys were super friendly & respectful of my space. They were cognizant of our situation with parts of our house being torn apart. They were very thorough and made sure they got into every space they could to confirm they got all of the wet spots taken care of. Things were busy after the snowstorm and the guys were working around the clock on my house and others, even the owner came by one day and helped the guys out. Despite everything going on in the area, they took care of us and kept a positive attitude. They definitely went above and beyond for us and I'd recommend using them!
