- JPJoEllen Perlinger4 days ago1.0My experience with Patio Enclosures was the absolute worse. I totally regret choosing this company for my structure. My salesman promised a sloping roof where a ceiling fan would be added but the roof was built flat and the walls would have needed to be greater than 7 feet for a ceiling fan. So he knew a ceiling fan would not be able to be installed. He lied to his boss saying he doesn’t remember. My roof blew off on 12/9/24 due to missing high wind screws that were not properly installed. As a result, my roof is now leaking inside the structure from an inside in my kitchen from the smashed tube light when the roof flipped back. They have ordered a replacement 3 times but not the correct size. The flashing fell off of the structure twice and is still hanging off down from improper installation. The subcontractors missed hitting the joists when nailing down the floor and now the floor is lifting up. My property was left a mess. The contractor mixed the cement in my grass which was ruined and they mixed the cement on a wall which is now damaged despite trying to power wash it off. They placed a beam under my threshold of a door which then my basement door would not open. They took off the door due to it being a fire hazard and never replaced it. Four times the door was measured incorrectly and never replaced. Now I have to pay for another custom made door. The project manager even said the work was a “disgrace “ yet testified in arbitration that all of the damage was just “cosmetic.” I didn’t know a leaking roof would fall under “Cosmetic damage.” I watched the subcontractors drop the ceiling panels off of the truck and really didn’t even care that they did. All of the subcontractors that were there bad mouthed Patio Enclosures reputation and agreed my enclosure was improperly installed. After calls to upper management to try and get resolution about the improper design and installation, I lost total faith in their ability to resolve all of the issues with the enclosure. Patio Enclosure does not care about the customer and is non responsive to phone calls or concerns. My arbitration case was a joke. The decision was that I did not have to pay the 10% balance and now I have to pay for a new roof, a new door and landscaping repairs and repairs to the structure and a new tube light. I will continue to tell everyone about my horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone.

Then took the time to instruct us how the windows open, closed and how to lock them open a crack inviting the cool evening air in without inviting the sicko’s and critters!
