Still love the enclosure but my limited warranty expired in sept and the stripping came off the bottom of my door. I called and was told it would be 450.00 to come out and fix. A 30 minute job, if that, and they want to charge that amount. It's outrageous. They say inflation but I say greed. Not much of a fan of this company any more.

First winter with new beautiful enclosed patio. Massive condensation/frozen ice/puddles of water. I'm told, nothing can be done. We didn't buy the proper windows. We purchased viewing windows and not a 4 seasons room??? Huh?? Why wasn't this mentioned when I spent 10,000 on two windows. They arw saying the room can't have heat or AC??? Who would want a room enclosed but have heat or AC?? Support was not pleasant. You signed a contract/we can send you the contract. Asked to speak to supervisor. He will call you back next week. He's a busy guy. You would think one of the experts would say. Hey! You have a FIREPLACE in this room its going to create a lot of condwnsation. You need all season windows if you want to enjoy your patio all year round. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

There were fabrication delays, crews not showing up, a wrong sized door and broken glass! When progress was finally made, and we questioned the quality of the flashing, we were told, "this is our best crew, it's fine"! Finally in December, a senior manager came out and inspected the installation. He did a water test, which no one else had done, and the flashing leaked at the intersection of the house and the solarium! That was repaired early this month. I would not recommend Patio Enclosures to ANYONE!
