They rewrapped the fascia without fixing the dip and then, after the work was already performed, told me it would be extra to replace some of the underlying wood to fix the issue. The work they did was fine but did not correct the problem. I told the sales person numerous times the only reason I am hiring them is to fix this single issue.

He said he would be there in the morning to put a tarp on my exposed roof. He did that and so much more. I had issues with my insurance company that were very difficult and Jake always picked up his phone to answer my questions. Also, Adam who is another part of Dr. Roofer was always there for me as well. Today my roof was installed by Dr. Roofer and the team was excellent and professional. What a blessing Dr. Roofer has been in the midst of the storm. I give them 5 stars and more. They are trustworthy and professional. Thank you Dr. Roofer you really made a difference for me in a difficult situation.
