  We requested an estimate to replace our windows from Cousins. Their representative Jeremy Ament delivered a comprehensive package of product and instalation information as well as a useful preliminary analysis of the project scope. He responded to our many "what- if" questions and was knowledgable about finance options. He was patient and attentive to our needs.

  Cousins roofing was very great to work with. All of my questions were answered In a very helpful way. Pricing was extremely transparent. Step-by-step, I was guided through my whole project with care and kindness. Could not recommend enough. I will be calling the cousins for a future home projects!

  We vetted several roofing contractors prior to hiring and after a recommendation from a friend, we chose Cousins. From the initial estimate to the finished roof, the Cousins team was a pleasure to work with. We were kept informed about every delivery, start date, and step of the process. We did have an issue pop up and it was resolved within 24 hours. The crew was careful and cognizant about landscaping, decking, and other items near the house and did their best to clean up given the snowpack on the ground. They've also assured me that they will be back once the snow melts to do a thorough cleaning to capture any remaining debris that was trapped in the snow.

  I heard about Cousins on 93.7 The Fan radio station. Was ecstatic about my experience from the first phone call with the scheduler to the site visit with Chris to his assessment and explanation to the price quote. Chris was awesome. He was present, knowledgeable, honest, and fun. Great experience so far!

  Darren came out to check for roof damage. He found the problem very quickly gave us a very detailed explanation of what happened and was very professional. I also liked that I could track him on the text. so I knew exactly when he was going to be here, I am very pleased and will go ahead with a roof repair from this company.
