We made the investment to get a Generac installed for future peace of mind. From start to finish, they were extremely kind and professional. Thanks to your entire team (and Nathan who went above and beyond for our quote and helping us figure out exactly what we needed that fit into our budget) and all the guys who came out for the installation! Also I want to note that the installation team spent extra time cleaning afterwards and honestly they cleaned our laundry room afterwards better than I ever have myself haha! Major thanks to all of you who were so kind and so helpful during the entire process. I'm so glad I found you all and now we can enjoy our generator!
- GMGail MucciolaApr 2, 20265.0A few weeks ago during a routine annual maintenance call on my son-in-law’s Generac Home Generator, the technician alerted us to a condition that we were unaware existed & recommended the installation of an additional gas pressure reducer. The installation was scheduled and I agreed to meet them at the property. Before my retirement, I was involved in the HVAC business for most of my career. The technicians arrived with all the necessary items to get the job done. I was really impressed by the modern press tool and fittings they used. (I’m an “old school” guy.) They took extreme care to ensure the pressure reducer was level and set the correct distance from the generator. I rank their work a solid #10! (My son-in-law would confirm that I rarely issue a “10” rating to anyone.) Nice work! Vince Mucciola
