  I highly recommend My Dad's Flooring. We were customers of Meaneys and Dad's Flooring bought the company. We had an issue with carpet needing to be stretched and a crack in our vinyl plank flooring that Meaneys had installed. I called My Dad's flooring to see if they could help us in anyway with the issue even though it was Meaneys and not Dad's Flooring that did the install and they came out to fix the issues at no charge for us even though it was not their company that had originally done the install. This is amazing customer service and an amazing company to honor the work of another company. Carla Rose and Tim were great to work with and we will definitely be using them in the future with any of our Flooring needs.

  Carla and the team were wonderful to work with. They were extremely responsive and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We highly recommend to anyone looking for new flooring. We will definitely use again for our next project!

  My Dad’s Flooring did a large project at our home, replacing multiple types of flooring across our entire first floor, and much of our second floor with a stunning LVP, including plenty of new baseboards and door trim. We originally were considering a cheaper, online-only flooring type. After discussing with Jay, the difference in quality was obvious and making the large investment in our home needed to be done right. Carla, Tim & Rose helped so much with coordinating our ever-changing decisions. They worked with our tight timeline, and came back out to really perfect their install. Their support, communication and install were all fantastic & we’ll be using them again in the very near future to finish a few more rooms!

  Everyone was patient, knowledgable, and helpful throughout this process. From choosing our carpets to ordering samples to figuring out how to maximize our budget to actually installing the carpets we had a great experience. Costs were transparent and there weren’t any hidden fees or surprises, which we really appreciated.

  My Dad's Flooring did an outstanding job with flooring in our older home. Built in 1890, the original floors in some rooms are uneven and irregular. Representatives from bigger chains were unable to meet the need or had poor advice. After I explained the problem, a representative from My Dad's Flooring came out the same day, fully analyzed the issues, and had multiple options for us within 48 hours. We were under a timeline and trying to stay within a budget and they worked with us on both, getting the floors installed ahead of schedule and right on budget. The Vinyl flooring matches the antique patina of the house and will hold up against water and furniture. The staff were friendly and caring and very responsive. I highly recommend them.
