  I called them to set an appointment to have someone come out to give us an estimate for a new fence. We have a rather large yard and would like to replace the chain link to vinyl fencing. I was told that someone would call me back the next day to set the appointment. I waited about a week then called them back. They put me on the phone with one of their sales guys (Bruce) and we proceeded to discuss the appointment. I explained that my husband travels during the day and that we would either need a weekend or evening appointment. I was told that they are usually closed on weekends but if we wanted one he wouldn't be available until the first weekend in October. We then discussed evening appointments which they also don't usually do. I said that I wanted my husband to be present so we ended up setting the appointment for tonight (9/10/20) at 6pm. I get a phone call this morning saying that he was going to need to postpone the appointment and wanted to know if he could set it for during the daytime. Again, I explained about my husband & got a response saying I didn't need my husband for the appointment. No, I don't need my husband there but when we're spending between $10,000.00 & $15,000.00 for a fence, I want him to be part of the process! It really amazes me how unprofessional some people can be! I said I would call him back, which I won't. He really didn't sound as though he wanted the business and if it's this hard to get a quote, then what is the work going to be like? Stay clear of this company! Buy someplace else!!

  Fence looks and works great. Northeast stayed on the project and did re-work to make sure everything was right. Reasonable price. Great work.

  This company is a rip off they sold me a gate and come to find out in philly you are only allowed to have a 4 foot gate in the front of your house and they sold me a 6 foot , I was fined by the city and have to go to court for the issue they told me that they would replace it at the cost of me so they sold me a gate knew that it wasn't what I could have up here a lied and said they told me , the worst experience of my life I wouldn't recommend them to no one ..

  Inexpensive for what I needed... great help at the counter...
