- EREllie RushingMar 31, 20262.0My husband and I had someone from Giannone come to our house in February when our heat wasn't working. An employee came and spent multiple hours there trying to fix the issue. He did seem to genuinely be trying, and ordered a part and returned, but that new part didn't resolve the problem. He ultimately said they would need to replace all of the sensors on our boiler and rebuild the system, potentially a repair in the thousands. Even though the problem wasn't resolved, we were still charged over $500 for the service. We then never heard back from them. We reached out to a different company, and they came and all they had to do was flush out the system, a process that took 30 minutes, and it all worked perfectly for about $100. I was disappointed by this service and was troubled by getting charged a sum like that when it was such an easy fix in the end.
