  I have referred a handful of my clients to Pro Floors Philly for their flooring needs when buying a new home in the Philadelphia area. They are very good at working with new homeowners and navigating the closing process. My buyers are so pleased with the communication and results and love being able to move into their home knowing the floors are just the way they wanted them to be whether refinishing or installing new floors. They are a great resource to have, easy to work with, and give my clients good discounts which make me look great for connecting them!

  Pro Floors recently completed a flooring job for us and they are terrific ! They came out to assess the work that needed to be done, took photos to confirm exactly what was expected, and then performed a great job on a timely basis at a reasonable cost. I’d highly recommend them.

  We highly recommend Pro Floors Philly. They installed vinyl planks in my living room and dining room. We had old outdated carpet which was dirty and drab. The new installation gives modern and fresh! We are so pleased with the results. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question without hesitation. He provided different scenarios of what to expect in regard to the "what if" factor. He and his crew were very professional, efficient, and courteous. Also we advised him of our budget and he provided us with top quality results while considering our limit. We got a quote from another company but they never followed up. Mike however stayed in contact with us almost daily and showed a genuine willingness to get the job done. So if you are in the market for new flooring, look no further! Thanks again Mike!

  Cannot say enough good things about this company. I had issues when a different company refinished my 100 year old pine floors. The first floor ended up a splotchy mess. I reached out to Pro Floors Philly and Mike was there the same day. He was the exact person I needed in that situation. He was respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the issues from the other company’s application, listened to my concerns, and answered every question I had. He was very sympathetic to my situation. And really worked with me to get the best price possible, understanding that I had already paid to get this job done once with a different company once and was unhappy with the results. Through ought the process of the original job and the later repairs I spoke to over a dozen local flooring contractors. Mike was by far the most professional and knowledgeable from the bunch. His final price was significantly cheaper than the other companies I spoke to, having offered me a discount because of my situation. If you’re looking for a flooring contractor, go with pro floors Philly!

  Mike and his team did a great job sanding and refinishing my floors. I appreciated how he presented various options available as I wanted to preserve the original characteristics as much as possible, even though I wanted the floors to look brand new. The pricing was fair and I got just what I wanted, great work all around!
