- AYAndrey YAug 5, 20241.0This has been extremely unpleasant experience I do not recommend phylly overhead doors company to anyone Even if your life is dependant on it If you're making the choice between Philly overhead doors and the other company please take that other company Even if they are your blood enemies. The door broke down within 3 months from installation mind you we are in the construction phase so we probably use the door 10 times in total And Philly overhead doors wanted to charge for coming out and fixing the door as it was an emergency service. While the door and the labor is warranty for a year And it's not the only problem. During installation. They messed up the sizes of the door and blamed us for it, ended up charging for different door tracks. Extremely unpleasant employees and customer service. You are taking chance by hiring this company Something will go wrong I guarantee you
