  Trucks - Truckers Delivering Forklifts there's a yellow port-a-dock in the back of lot, back in or wait for it to be open wear shoes when you head inside (one of those places where they bug ya about it) Be prepared to wait, I was there for like 40 to 60 minutes just to deliver pallet jacks. They said they had to waot for the right guy to come into work, maybe he'll be there when you arrive though

  This branch probably does fine with the customers from their local area, but don't expect help if you didn't rent your equipment from their area. A trailer I rented from an out of state branch broke down (wheel came completely off the axle spindle) near this branch. It was after hours and I sat along the Turnpike for 5 hours before they finally got some help there and got me moving again. Although the trailer they brought me to replace the broken one was not capable of carrying the load I had on. I had to make two trips. They've had the broken trailer in their repair shop for two weeks and it's still not repaired. I've spoken with them several times on the phone. They have made it abundantly clear that they are "doing a big favor for another branch". I understand I'm not one of "their customers". I AM a Herc customer and Herc is a national brand, just not in Philadelphia apparently.
