Antony on the other hand should consider doing sales and not be involved with anything delivery related. A project was held up for a month over due to his lack of diligence. He didn't even have the ability to apologize instead saying that I might have not liked the design. Maybe if he worked on efficiency instead of schmoozing everyone he would probably perform better. In the end of the day I had to go to Amazon to get my order to my house to finish the project. Shame on him.

Some folks are super knowledgeable and some will just try to pack your shopping cart with as many things as they can without trying to understand what you need, tell you what you want to hear, and not call you when they say they will. I can't say enough positive things about Charmaine in the design store. When other staff members were giving unrealistic expectations, she always gave it to us straight. Other folks promised to call us, but didn't - and Charmaine found the part we needed and made sure we were all set. I seriously recommend avoiding the other staff and working with her if you can.
