  This place sold me faulty engineered wood panels. It has been a while, but I've always wanted to write this review and recently found their business card, so this enabled me to do so, which I am doing only for the sake of protecting other consumers. I went in to select a floor engineered wood panels and saw this exquisite floor paneling on sale. I did not go in with a contractor. What I did not know, and was not visible to me at the time I looked at the samples, was that these panels were filled with some kind of filler at many spots. Only after picking up the flooring panels and starting to install them, did it become apparent that they were filled with filler material - it was not all original wood but various holes had been filled in the food panels. I had no chance to change the order because this being on sale it was a nonrefundable purchase, and also because we were in a rush to move in (had to move out by a certain date). So I remained with this less than optimal flooring. The reason I'm writing this review and only giving one star is that (a) the samples did not show this filler material when I was at the store; (b) I was not told that some (at least 50%) of the panels would have filler material clogging defects in the wood.

  Make sure you don’t buy any extra because they don’t let you return anything after 30 day. Most project take a longer than 30 days. So if you’re looking to take overage back, go to the big box stores (floor and decor, Lowe’s, Home Depot.. etc.) they all have the same stuff. These guys will give every excuse (you opened a box, the tap is off) to not take anything back after they said they would before purchasing. Spend 30k with them and wouldn’t take back $1500 of new material. Extra $500 or so retuned damaged and I wouldn’t expect a refund of those. Definitely going elsewhere on the next project.

  Bought bamboo flooring for my rental property from them years ago. It's held up and looks great. Bought it at a low price and the showroom is always open if I want to look around for future purchases.
